Cabbage Patch Dolls

The Cabbage Patch Doll was one of the biggest Fads of the decade. They were
chubby dolls with pudgy faces and close set eyes. Each doll came with a certificate,
offering them for "adoption" which would fill out when you bought one. Each doll
had something different about them, which is why everyone wanted one.

In the game world, many new things were coming out. A few that became really popular in the 80's
were Trivial Pursuit, Jenga, and Pac Man. Trivial Pursuit became popular first in 1984. They came
out with different versions like "All Sports" and "Silver Screen" ones. Jenga was a simple game
where each person pulled out a block without knocking over the tower. This game was usually played
at parties with groups of people. Then there was Pac Man, which is still as popular now as it was in
the 80's. Pac Man got the electronic games going and was actually inspired by a slice of pizza.
